Pricing and Payments
- All prices quoted are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated.
- Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition and size of the premises.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements are made.
Liability and Insurance
- We are fully insured for public liability. Any accidental damage caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours.
- The Company is not liable for pre-existing damage, poor structural conditions, or deterioration due to age or lack of maintenance.
- Our insurance does not cover damage caused by faulty fixtures or infrastructure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
”AS IS” and Availability Disclaimer
Our Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, illness, or events beyond our control.
